Recipe Thursdays

Here is a recipe for cinnamon rolls. I make these quite often and they are quick and easy since it is not a yeast recipe.

Cinnamon Rolls

4 1/2 cups flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Fluff together with a pastry blender. Then cut in 1 cup shortening.

Pour 2 cups of milk over the mixture and blend well.

Roll into a rectangle.

Spread with margarine.

Roll it up and slice into 1/2" slices.

Place on a greased sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Top with glaze of icing sugar and milk.
