Menu Plan Ideas

Pork Roast with Fast and Fancy Rice and Brussel Sprouts
Shredded Pork in BBQ sauce on Rolls and Coleslaw
Meatloaf, Kraft Dinner and Veggies
Beefaroni, Homemade Garlic Bread (made using baguette)
Red Beans and Rice
Sausage, Baked Potatoes With Sour Cream and Veggies
Chicken Pot Pie
Roast Beef, Potatoes, Gravy and Broccoli
Hot Roast beef Sandwiches (with leftovers)

These are a few options that can be made with items on sale. A package of ground beef can be split making the meatloaf and saving some for beefaroni or shepherd's pie or any other option using sale items or items you already have on hand. The pork roast makes a nice meal and you just shred the leftovers, stir on some bbq sauce and serve on buns. Red beans and rice is a really inexpensive meal and yummy using the kidney beans on sale. Roast beef is a double meal option too with leftovers being used for hot roast beef sandwiches. I am sure there are many more options but these are just a few I have come up with.

Happy Friday and Happy Shopping!
Blessings,
Liisa
